Chocolate Delivery Policy 

Courier Deliveries

ChocolatePost uses NZ Post Courier and Courier Post for all national chocolate deliveries 

Delivery cost is $7.50 wherever you or your recipient lives in New Zealand

If we have the products you order in stock (and we usually do) we will dispatch your order within 24hrs

You can expect your chocolate to arrive within 1- 3 working days.  Please note that Rural deliveries and larger boxes to the North Island can take up to 3 working days

Courier Post require a street address for delivery. 

Please ensure that you provide us with a reliable daytime delivery address (eg. work address) where someone will be present to receive the delivery.  If this is not possible, your order will be left at your address in a shady place.

Delivery to a P.O. Box  - We use NZ Post for deliveries to PO Box numbers,  delivery time to PO Boxes is usually 1 to 2 working days.

Saturday Delivery - Courier Post does not guarantee Saturday Deliveries.  No Saturday delivery available to Rural Addresses.  We're sorry but Sunday delivery is not available.

Orders over 500g  and oversize orders to International Addresses quoted individually
